Good questions
Does SortdAI post to Vinted for me?
No. SortdAI writes your listings and you post them yourself, by copying them into Vinted or working from the Excel export. It never asks for your Vinted login and never touches your account.
How many photos do I need per item?
Up to three: the front, the back and a clear close-up of the brand and size label. The label shot is what lets SortdAI get the brand, size and material right. Upload your whole pile at once and it groups the photos into items for you.
How does SortdAI work out a price?
It suggests a price from the brand, the type of item and the condition it can see in your photos, using a reference table of typical UK resale prices. Treat it as a starting point. You can change any price before you export, and for higher-value pieces it's worth a quick look at similar sold items on Vinted.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are used to write your listings. Original uploads are deleted within 48 hours. We keep a reduced-size copy for up to 90 days so we can look into any problem you report and improve accuracy. We never use your photos for advertising and we never sell your data. What if a listing comes out wrong?
Every field is editable, so you can fix anything before you export. If a listing is clearly wrong, flag it from the results table and we'll review it within 24 hours.
How do credits work?
One credit writes one listing. You buy credits in one-off packs with no subscription, and unused credits never expire. New accounts get 3 free credits, no card needed.
